Carolina Leite

Carolina Leite works alongside Dr Sandro Leite as his Personal Assistant, providing administrative support and welcoming patients to the clinic at Kakariki Hospital. She plays an important role in ensuring that each patient’s experience runs smoothly from the moment they arrive, helping coordinate appointments and supporting patients throughout their journey at the clinic.

Originally trained as a Radiologist, Carolina chose not to practise medicine in New Zealand and instead dedicated her professional skills and medical knowledge to supporting Dr Leite’s work. Her background in healthcare allows her to understand patients’ needs and assist them with clarity, care and professionalism.

Warm, kind and deeply committed to her role, Carolina approaches her work with genuine compassion and responsibility. She strives to help every patient feel comfortable, informed and supported at every stage of their treatment. Together with Karen Taylor, she forms a dedicated team focused on guiding patients through their care with efficiency, empathy and attention to detail. Patients can feel confident in Carolina’s competence and in her sincere commitment to helping them navigate each step of their treatment.
